The origin of our organization was incorporated in West Virginia as a Ford dealership in 1934, 89 years ago, as Boone Motor Sales, Inc.

Paul Stephens bought a stake in the company in 1975 and bought out the original owners in 1981.

He took on Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth in 1984.

Jeep was added in 1997.

We moved from downtown Madison, WV to our current location outside of Danville on Rt. 119, Corridor G in December 1989.

Chase and Ashley Barton became partners in the business in April 2020 (just as the world was in chaos for Covid), and the Beckley lot was added in May, 2020.
